Please refer to the following details for cancellation and refund after deduction based on the tour start date.
Notification 30 days or more before the tour start date (30+ days): Refund with a 12% deduction for card and booking fees.
Notification within 30 days of the tour start date (~30 days): Refund with a 40% deduction from the total package amount.
Notification 2 days before the tour start date (~2 days) / Same-day notification: No refund available.
Schedule Changes: Changes are possible only for dates with availability if requested at least 7 days before the tour start date. A $10 fee per person will apply.

This policy is applied based on the tour start date, not the booking date, and follows Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Important Information
For urgent bookings made on the day of the tour or the day before, please confirm your reservation by email.
The vehicle provided will be an SUV or minivan, depending on the group size.
The standard group size is two people, and children under 2 years old are not included in the group count.
An additional fee of $40 applies for New York area pickup/drop-off requests. For other areas, please contact Muscaritour@gmail.com.
The schedule may vary depending on traffic conditions and the time spent at each tour site.

투어 시작일 기준으로 공제 후 취소 및 환불 세부사항을 확인해 주세요.
투어 시작일 30일 전 통보(30일 이상): 카드 및 예약 수수료 12%를 공제 후 환불.
투어 시작일 30일 미만 통보(~30일): 총 상품 금액에서 40%를 공제 후 환불.
투어 시작일 2일 전(~2일) 및 당일 통보: 환불 불가.
일정 변경: 투어 시작일 최소 7일 전에 요청하신 경우, 가능한 날짜로 일정 변경이 가능하며, 1인당 $10의 수수료가 부과됩니다.
