Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to the following details for cancellation and refund after deduction based on the tour start date.

  • Notification 30 days or more before the tour start date (30+ days): Refund with a 12% deduction for card and booking fees.
  • Notification within 30 days of the tour start date (~30 days): Refund with a 40% deduction from the total package amount.
  • Notification 2 days before the tour start date (~2 days) / Same-day notification: No refund available.
  • Schedule Changes: Changes are possible only for dates with availability if requested at least 7 days before the tour start date. A $10 fee per person will apply.
  • For cancellations, changes, and refund-related matters, please send your reservation number to Muscaritour@gmail.com.
  • This policy is applied based on the tour start date, not the booking date, and follows Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Important Information

For urgent bookings made on the day of the tour or the day before, please confirm your reservation by email.

The vehicle provided will be an SUV or minivan, depending on the group size.

The standard group size is two people, and children under 2 years old are not included in the group count.

An additional fee of $40 applies for New York area pickup/drop-off requests. For other areas, please contact Muscaritour@gmail.com.

The schedule may vary depending on traffic conditions and the time spent at each tour site.

취소 및 환불 정책

투어 시작일 기준으로 공제 후 취소 및 환불 세부사항을 확인해 주세요.

  • 투어 시작일 30일 전 통보(30일 이상): 카드 및 예약 수수료 12%를 공제 후 환불.
  • 투어 시작일 30일 미만 통보(~30일): 총 상품 금액에서 40%를 공제 후 환불.
  • 투어 시작일 2일 전(~2일) 및 당일 통보: 환불 불가.

일정 변경: 투어 시작일 최소 7일 전에 요청하신 경우, 가능한 날짜로 일정 변경이 가능하며, 1인당 $10의 수수료가 부과됩니다.

취소, 변경, 환불 관련 문의는 예약번호와 함께 Muscaritour@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요.

이 정책은 예약일이 아닌 투어 시작일을 기준으로 하며, 미 동부 표준시(EST)를 따릅니다.

중요 안내사항

  • 당일 또는 하루 전 긴급 예약의 경우, 이메일을 통해 예약 확정을 받아야 합니다.
  • 제공되는 차량은 인원수에 따라 SUV 또는 미니밴으로 배정됩니다.
  • 기준 인원은 2명이며, 만 2세 미만의 어린이는 인원에 포함되지 않습니다.
  • 뉴욕 지역 픽업/샌딩 요청 시 추가 요금 $40이 발생합니다. 기타 지역의 픽업/드롭 요청은 Muscaritour@gmail.com으로 문의해 주세요.
  • 교통 상황 및 각 투어지에서 소요되는 시간에 따라 일정이 변경될 수 있습니다.
